TERMS OF SERVICE
GENERAL
-i have the right to refuse any commission for any or no reason
-you may only receive a full refund if i have not started the sketch yet
-you may receive a half refund if i have sent the sketch and you are unhappy with it or have to cancel for any other reason
-you must provide a clear reference of the character(s) you want drawn. if sent directly from twitter the image will compress a bit, which might alter the colors slightly. if you want to avoid this you can send a link to the image from another site (toyhouse, deviantart, tumblr, etc)
-you must pay 100% upfront
-do not edit my art significantly (changing the expression, etc), you can add minor edits however (overlays, sparkles, etc)
-if you do not want your commission posted online you must specify in your order. you do not need a reason
-i only take paypal at this time. i might accept other payment methods from friends but i much prefer paypalUSE
-you may use my art as icons, banners, etc anywhere with proper credit (putting "icon: @kandiravefur" in your bio is enough)
-you may repost your commissions as long as my signature is visible or you credit me in the post
-you may not make merch of my art or otherwise resell it
-you may not make nfts of my artwork or otherwise associate it with cryptocurrency or nftsPROCESS AND COMPLETION
-i can take anywhere from a few hours to a few weeks to finish your commission. if i need more time i will contact you
-feel free to check up on how your commission is coming along at any time
-i do not take rush fees
-i will send a wip once the sketch is complete and you may suggest changes
-the only changes i will make after a piece is complete are coloring/marking mistakes/touchups or simple effects
-for sketches i will complete them in one sitting and you may suggest changes after the finished piece is sent, please keep in mind big things like pose changes either will not be possible or could cost extra
-i will deliver the finished product in the form of a sta.sh link to avoid image compression. i will usually provide other versions aswell. (unshaded, transparent, etc) if you want it delivered another way please let me know in your order
extras
extra characters will add the base price on again per character! (example: a $10 commission with 3 characters will cost $30)
working off photos of real people costs a $3 fee (per piece, not per person)
complicated designs cost a $3 fee! (per character) ask what counts as a complicated design
props, clothing, etc are usually free, but might cost extra depending on how complicated it is
alternate versions of an image such as alternate expressions, outfits, etc can cost from $3-$15 depending on complexity
feel free to ask about backgrounds! i do not have a lot of experience with backgrounds, but i am willing to work something out. prices could be anywhere from $5-$30 or moreif you have any questions or want more examples of something,
feel free to ask!be specific! if you see a piece of mine with a specific style you want, let me know! some things could cost extra howeveri encourage customer sketches if you have something specific in mind thats easier to convey through a sketch than words!please keep in mind my style is very cartoony so i might have trouble with more realistic designs and i might simplify them!
